The total area of the farm is 808 hectares of which 650 hectares are planted (with irrigation available) and is 90% leveled, with a monthly planting schedule (rice is planted every month of the year, just as rice is harvested every month of the year). In this way, around 1,200 hectares are cultivated with an approximate yield of 115 quintals per hectare, producing 80 quintals of white rice per hour.
