- Coordination of the installation of utilities in the property.
- Submission of monthly report of income, expenses and supervision report.
- Fumigation supervision and coordination. (Four-monthly).
- Supervision and coordination of pool cleaning. (If applicable).
- Supervision and repair of minor damages or major repairs on behalf of the OWNER.
- Inspection and preparation of a report on equipment and minimum repairs required.
- Inspection upon delivery and return of the keys of the rental property.
- Manage the return of the security deposit at the end of the rental contract and return of the keys to the property.
- Periodic inspections during the lease.
- Management of the property tax payment. (additional cost)
- Decoration and remodeling services (additional cost depending on the job).
- Coordination of the payment of other accounts related to the property.
- Supervision and coordination of the cleaning of the property.
- Supervision and coordination of air conditioning maintenance. (Quarterly).
- Supervision and coordination of gardening services. (If applicable).
- Collection of rents, collection of delinquencies and security deposits.
- To carry out, at the OWNER's expense and risk, the repairs necessary for the conservation of the property.
- Inspection of the property prior to arranging management services.
- Preparation of the inventory upon delivery and return of the property.
- Pre-inspection of the property at the end of the lease.
- Management of the registration of the lease contract in the MIVIOT and consignment of the security deposit in the MIVIOT.
- Management of the updating of the cadastral values of the property. (additional cost)
