On the shores of Gatun Lake. It is completely reforested, with planting certified by ANAM that would allow it to be cut and sold, within 10 years, the property has already been planted for 20 years. It has an Eco-tourism Master Plan prepared by architects, defining how the land should be used for that purpose. It also has a picnic hut in a privileged location. The property is cared for and maintained.
