This farm very well suited for agriculture, pig farming and livestock, is located in Las Mercedes, just 30 minutes from Bugaba where you can find a vast commercial area, both to meet the needs of a house and to buy the inputs of a farm. Las Mercedes is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the city, La Concepción, dedicated to livestock and agriculture, where you will find farms dedicated to the cultivation of grains and vegetables, greenhouse vegetables, and grade A and B dairy farms. The property has drinking water from the municipal aqueduct and access to electricity. The aqueduct system used for agricultural work comes from two permanent streams that through motor pumps the water is extracted and distributed by means of PVC pipes to the different points where the planting activities are developed. A water reserve tank located in the highest part of the farm helps the distribution. Also, this aqueduct provides water for the use of animals in the pasture area.
