This expansive farm property spans 50.0152 hectares (approximately 123.59 acres) in San Marcelo, within the Cañazas District of Veraguas Province. The land is located 28 kilometers west of Santiago, accessible by traveling 21 kilometers on the Panamericana and then 7 kilometers on the main Cañazas road. It is conveniently near the town of Cañazas. Property Composition The property consists of two parts: the original Finca and an additional 3.4392 hectares that was titled to complete the original survey. The finca is a turn-key operation with: Access: Paved roads on two sides and a gravel road on one side. Utilities: Electricity is present on two different sides, and there is cable for internet access. Natural springs and a Gravity Flow plumbing system furnish water.
