A look-out terrace overlooks the area and offers many options for sundowners, star-gazing, meditation, yoga... The grounds are planted with a variety of mature fruiting trees and tropical flowering plants. The two bedrooms in the main house share a bathroom. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet that also doubles as a storage room. The master bedroom itself is set up with air-conditioning. The living area consists of an open kitchen, a living and a dining room. The laundry has a washing machine and there are two storage rooms at the entrance. The casita / studio house consists of one large room, a bathroom and a kitchenette. It can either be used as a guest house, an additional suite or rented out. Private well.
