Location: La Alameda, Betania, Panama
Created to be one of the classics of Panamanian Neomodern architecture by its designer, the firm of Mallol and Wolfschoon, Casa Le Cube Mallol was created as a testament to simplicity and its contrast with the exuberant vegetation that surrounds it, part of the adjoining Parque Metropolitano, creating a dialogue between architecture and Nature. Its occupants will be able to appreciate how the double height ceilings in the living room and the glass surface that separates it from the garden, give the sensation of being part of the surrounding vegetation. It is a house with generous but practical spaces, with luxury finishes, such as marble that adorns the internal walls of the living/dining room, all floors and bathrooms. Although it currently has two rooms, the third can easily be enabled, even with its own bathroom. The roof terrace doubles as a practical open terrace, ideal for entertaining. The main bedroom has access to a balcony overlooking the trees, where having a coffee in the morning will become part of the routine. It is located on a residential street with little traffic in La Alameda.
