COMMITMENT OF SERVMOR REALTY AND ITS REAL ESTATE ADVISOR

  • Represent the CUSTOMER and always act in their best interest.
  • Provide the CLIENT with a list of suppliers and qualified labor (lawyers, carpenters, plumbers, etc.) if necessary.
  • Search for the property that fits the CLIENT's needs, this includes properties in our office inventory, offered by other real estate or properties that are not yet in inventory.
  • Disclose relevant information about the property to help the CLIENT make a better decision.
  • Negotiate on behalf of the CLIENT the best possible conditions, considering its interests.
  • Once the closing process has begun, monitor the processes until the transfer and/or handover of the property is completed.

BENEFITS

  • Earning Points when Buying or Renting:

    To earn Points Gordos, the client must purchase or rent a property serviced by Servmor Realty or any other broker where Servmor Realty acts on behalf of the buyer or tenant, and the owner or broker representing the owner must have paid Servmor Realty the full fees.

    Points Gordos for Properties Represented by Another Broker:

    In purchases or rentals represented by another broker with the involvement of Servmor Realty, 50% of the indicated points will be recognized, provided that the total fees are 5% of the sale price and for rentals equivalent to a minimum of one month.

    Program Enrollment:

    Enroll by completing the Buyer and Tenant Representation form within a maximum of 3 business days from the start of the interaction with Servmor Realty for the Buying or Renting process; it will not be valid if submitted on the day of reservation, rental, or purchase.

    Validity of Points Gordos:

    The benefit of awarding Points Gordos is valid for 6 months after signing or completing the enrollment form.

    Awarding Points Gordos for Sales and Rentals:

    For sales: The Gordos Points awarded are equivalent to 10% of the total purchase value, or 5% if the property is represented by another agent. For example, when purchasing a property valued at $100,000, 10,000 Gordos Points are awarded if there is no other agent involved, or 5,000 Gordos Points if the property is represented by another agent.

    For rentals: The Gordos Points awarded are equivalent to the total monthly rent, or 50% if the property is represented by another agent. For example, when renting a property with a monthly rent of $1,000, 1,000 Gordos Points are awarded if there is no other agent involved, or 500 Gordos Points if the property is represented by another agent.

    Usage and Conditions Policies:
