As part of the recognition of the performance and achievement of goals of our consultants, we invited the top 10 consultants who excelled in their work so far this year to participate in a very interesting workshop on attracting, developing, and closing properties through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for all real estate brokers in Panama, managers, agents and sales consultants, being Servmor Realty the company with the largest number of participating consultants.
The content of the workshop was as complete as possible so that the participants were convinced that working under the MLS figure is the most correct and is where the real estate market is heading today.
Among the most important topics that were discussed were:
How to increase the portfolio of properties under the MLS figure.
Handling objections.
Advising the owner on the real market price.
Preparing a work plan and marketing plan, among others.
This valuable workshop was dictated by Alfonso Gordon, a Spanish expert in the area since 1998, who was the first Director of Operations of CENTURY 21 Spain, in addition to being designated by NAR (National Association of REALTORS®) as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) instructor, dictating numerous courses in countries such as Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Spain, Brazil, Dubai, Paraguay, Ireland and now in Panama.
