The outbreak of COVID-19 virus, known as Coronavirus, has been causing a high social and economic impact worldwide. More than 100,000 people worldwide have been diagnosed with COVID-19, the new pandemic that emerged in Wuhan, China.
As time goes by, the number of infected people is increasing, even after all the measures imposed by many countries to prevent the spread of the disease.
The National Executive of Panama, joining these measures to counteract the spread of the virus, has declared the country in a "State of National Emergency", which implies the total or partial suspension of basic fundamental guarantees, allowing indiscriminate arrests, suspending habeas corpus, freedom of transit, expression and association.
In Servmor, following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and in order to prevent the spread of this virus, we have adopted the measures imposed by the National Executive and have also implemented measures for business continuity with the main objective of protecting our team, our customers and continue to offer efficient services.
These are some of the main initiatives we have implemented:
We enabled our entire team of agents and administrative staff to work from home, who have all the necessary technological tools to continue providing advice to their clients virtually, so that they can move forward with their real estate management without moving from home, and supported by professionals in the field.
We temporarily adjust our office hours from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm to safeguard the health of our operational team and to be able to continue executing tasks associated with the continuity of the business and provide attention to our customers.
We encourage and promote distancing measures, distribution of alcohol gel and reinforcement of cleanliness.
