LEADING REAL ESTATE COMPANIES OF THE WORLD™ 2017 – ANNUAL CONFERENCE, MIAMI, FLORIDA
Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ held its annual conference earlier this month at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, which featured a series of events that attracted an impressive audience of some 2,000 real estate professionals from 25 countries and to which we were invited as members of the organization.
The prestigious event was aimed exclusively at brokers, managers, and real estate professionals affiliated with LeadingRE, a selective global community of the highest quality independent real estate companies. Attendees discussed the factors affecting today's real estate market and explored ways to better meet the needs of real estate buyers and sellers.
An important part of this conference was the memorable participation of speakers John Foley (Former Blue Angels driver), Josh Linkner (New York Times best-selling author, successful entrepreneur, and national columnist), and Leading RE Chief Economist Marci Rossell.
Attending on behalf of Servmor Realty were advisors Eduardo Aleman and Chris Frochaux, winners of the 2016 Diamond Awards we presented last January for achieving the most outstanding results based on our annual goals. They were accompanied by our General Manager Frank Morrice, who also participated as moderator of 2 important sessions within the conference agenda, such as One-Person Shop (Broker/Office Manager) and One-Person Shop (One-Person Relo Dept.).
In addition, he participated in working meetings as a member of the LeadingRE Advisory Board and Global Advisory Board committees.
Finally, Servmor Realty competed in the Marketing Contest 2017 through which LeandingRE member companies could stand out for the creation of distinctive materials and campaigns that convey the unique character of their companies with a focus on attractive and graphically original content. In this contest, we were nominated in the Best ILM Process and Response Time and won 1st place in the Interactive Media category for all our work in social networks and digital media and 3rd Place in the Video category for our institutional video.
