Chris Frochaux
I started out as an attorney-at-law in Switzerland and represented the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) among other activities such as general manager of a liquor manufacturer and director of the international office of the world's largest shipping registry in New York, before switching to a career in Real Estate, initially in the United States, and since early 2008 in Panama. I worked as a Broker Associate in two of the most reputable firms of South Florida: Esslinger Wooten Maxwell (EWM) and Prudential Realty, in Miami, Coral Gables, and Pinecrest.
Aside from 20 years in Panama, I have lived in France, Ivory Coast, Italy, Senegal, Switzerland, Argentina, Miami, and Manhattan. I think simultaneously in Spanish, English and French, and speak other languages, like Italian and some German.
While maintaining my Florida Broker license, I have obtained a Panamanian broker license, a feat matched by a handful of foreigners in a country where a majority of "agents" operate illegally without the mandatory licensing requirements. I am rather selective when it comes to accepting the responsibility of listing a property (my goal is selling, not listing) or assisting new customers. I work U.S. style, with typically Swiss attention to detail.

Chris frochaux was our Real Estate Agent for selling our condo in Pamana City and he is very good. He was always available when we needed him and stayed in good communication with us back in the US. He worked with us through the pandemic (not an easy time), and his team found us good tenants until it was time to sell.
His advice always proved to be useful. My husband and I definitely recommend him, especially if you are a US expat!
