The LeadingRE Latin America & Caribbean Growth Forum 2026 took place on September 14 and 15 at the Hilton Panama. On Monday, September 14, at 9:30 a.m., Frank Morrice presented Panama’s market perspective in the “Panama Market Perspective & Host Market Spotlight” session. On Tuesday, September 15, at 10:50 a.m., he moderated “Caribbean, Central America & Panama: Market Entry Points for Global Buyers.”

The agenda brought together real estate professionals from across the region to discuss investment conditions, buyer and capital flows, international mobility, and regional dynamics. Frank’s participation placed Panama’s local experience in the context of that global conversation.
