COMMITMENT OF SERVMOR REALTY AND ITS REAL ESTATE ADVISOR
- Represent the CUSTOMER and always act in their best interest.
- Provide the CLIENT with a list of suppliers and qualified labor (lawyers, carpenters, plumbers, etc.) if necessary.
- Search for the property that fits the CLIENT's needs, this includes properties in our office inventory, offered by other real estate or properties that are not yet in inventory.
- Disclose relevant information about the property to help the CLIENT make a better decision.
- Negotiate on behalf of the CLIENT the best possible conditions, considering its interests.
- Once the closing process has begun, monitor the processes until the transfer and/or handover of the property is completed.
BENEFITS
- The customer will earn fat points at Novey, Cochez & Kohler, which are redeemable for items corresponding to the value of the points in-store, as well as for gift certificates at stores and merchants affiliated with the fat points program.
- If you do not have a membership, you authorize us by means of this form to add you to the Novey, Cochez & Kohler fat points program.
CONDITIONS
- To obtain the Puntos Gordos the client must complete the form (printed or digital) of Representation to Buyers and Tenants and deliver it to your advisor maximum 3 working days after receiving it, otherwise it will not be valid. It will NOT be accepted on the day the reservation, rental or purchase of the property is made.
- To earn Fat Points the client must purchase or rent a property serviced by Servmor Realty and the owner must have paid Servmor Realty in full the applicable fees.
- The client (buyer or lessee) cannot be represented by an external real estate broker in the purchase or lease process.
- Fat Points will be credited to your Fat Points account (15) days after Servmor Realty has received all fees.
- For rentals the Puntos Gordos to be awarded are equivalent to the total amount of the monthly rent. Example: If you rent a property for $1,000 monthly rent, 1,000 Puntos Gordos will be awarded.
- For sales the Fat Points to be awarded are equivalent to 10% of the total value of the purchase. Example: If you purchase a $100,000 property, you will be awarded 10,000 Puntos Gordos.

- The Fat Points benefit is valid for six (6) months after signing this form.
